It's clear that Whitehill, Bordon, Liphook and the villages in East Hampshire need better access to non-emergency healthcare.
Following the successful launch of the new non-emergency patient transport service in Farnham, Gregory has held successive meetings with the NHS in Hampshire to explore bringing a similar service to the area.
Alongside arranging meetings for the NHS with local clinicians, councils and operators, Gregory has been asked to launch a survey in the area to hear directly from residents about their experience in accessing non-emergency care.
This survey below looks to identify the journey patients must take in East Hampshire to reach hospital appointments, among other details.
By completing this survey, you will be assisting Gregory as the local MP and the NHS, to gain a better understanding of community transport needs in East Hampshire. This will prove an essential step in establishing value for money, and how best a service of this style could make a difference to healthcare accessibility in the area.
You are not required to complete every question of this survey, but as much information as possible is helpful. If you have any difficulty completing it, or have any further questions, please email Gregory via [email protected].
