  • Local News

Bordon is a growing town with developing local infrastructure, but it currently lacks frequent, reliable, and accessible links to nearby train lines.

Farnham and Bordon MP Gregory Stafford is working with the local authority and making representations to the Government in support of proposals for a new rail-bus link from Bordon town to Liphook train station. He has said that such a connection would be a vital step in improving public transport access for residents and supporting the town’s continued growth.

To support his work, Gregory is inviting residents of Bordon, Whitehill, Lindford and the surrounding areas to contribute to the wider discussion on rail access by completing the survey available on this webpage. Their views will help to strengthen the case for better transport links and ensure that local voices are at the heart of future improvements.

68th Weekly NewsletterTwo further U-turns this week mean it is now almost standard for anything this Government says to be undone at a later date. That isn’t what I would call governance. But I welcome news on the Chagos Islands and on Post Offices - for which I campaigned.
